| CLASSIFIED INSIDE SALES TELEMARKETER We are looking for a motivated, energetic telephone salesperson to develop categories within our Classified section of the Red Deer Advocate and associated publications. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude first and foremost. This person will also accept the words "NOT INTERESTED" as an opportunity to better achieve the advertisers' goals to get the results they are looking for. The person selected for this position will be responsible for: • Prospecting new clients; • Developing new business categories; • Helping develop new marketing strategies; • Input of advertising into Classified computer system. They must also: • Be able to work well with others; • Have an excellent command of the English language (both written and oral) • Have strong organizational skills and be computer literate. Preference will be given to those with previous newspaper and/or telemarketing skills.
